We also deliver specialist power earthing solutions to clients across various sectors. Our expertise also includes electrical testing, encompassing fixed wire and portable appliance testing.
PTSG Electrical Services Ltd is one of the Group’s five independent divisions, alongside PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd, PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd, and PTSG Water Treatment Ltd, offering a comprehensive range of services under one roof.

Due to increasing demand, a new position has opened within our Power Earthing Department.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about success, and eager to develop both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and conducting power earthing and specialist testing operations, including system measurements, surveys, soil resistivity testing, inspections, and continuity testing.
- Training and upskilling earthing engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal staff on all matters related to power earthing.
- Generating detailed survey and condition reports.
- Attending site and pre-start meetings as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge of earthing system measurements and standards for lightning protection.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships quickly.
- Experience in documentation and report writing.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD experience is advantageous.
- Good written and spoken English; technical report writing skills.
- Full UK driving license.
Additional training will be provided as needed. Opportunities for career progression are available. The package includes a fully funded company vehicle for personal use.
