The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are thrilled to welcome an experienced leader to new Penrith store! As the ASM you will provide authentic customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business. You will train the team to become passionate & experienced stylists, exceed KPI targets and work together to achieve incredible results.

The ASM will:

  • Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
  • Inspire those they encounter through leading by example
  • Work with the SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with the team
  • Drive & manage KPIS daily
  • Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development
  • Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
  • Support with stock, operations and VM
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
  • Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
  • Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum 1+yrs experience in fashion retail as a manager
  • Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM
  • Exceptional customer service & styling skills
  • Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
  • Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
  • Self-motivated & strong communicator
