Job Description:
The Role
The Sales Commissions & Incentive Associate is a critical link between Sales and Finance, responsible for managing commission plans and incentive programs for salespeople and channel partners, aligning with euNetworks’ business objectives. This role has responsibility for the end-to-end commission lifecycle, working with senior stakeholders on plan design and contract creation, through to plan modelling and management.
Acting as the subject matter expert on commissions, you will develop robust models for scenario planning and forecasting, delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to define and update compensation structures.
- Working with senior stakeholders to create a commission plan contract for the sales organisation.
- Model plan scenarios to forecast potential outcomes and ROI of the commission structure.
Incentive Program Management
- Develop short-term and long-term incentive schemes to drive specific sales behaviors.
- Track participation, engagement, and effectiveness of all incentive programs.
- Recommend enhancements or adjustments based on data insights and sales feedback.
Sales Performance & Payout Analysis
- Own the commission modelling and calculation process using CRM and finance systems (e.g. Salesforce, Analytics, Excel).
- Ensure timely and accurate payout reports and dispute resolutions.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide detailed reports and dashboards on incentive performance and target attainment.
- Communicate plan details and updates to stakeholders clearly and consistently.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for commissions across the sales organisation.
Process Improvement & System Management
- Drive automation of commission processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Manage and enhance tools used for incentive management

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related analytical field or equivalent work experience
