Job purpose

Create, optimise, and manage paid media accounts (Paid Search, Shopping, and Paid Social) to meet performance, ROI, and revenue targets. Support a Paid Media Manager or Director in developing strategies and mentoring Paid Media Executives, collaborating with Client Services for strategy and activation.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and launch new paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
  • Assist in developing paid media strategies.
  • Research market trends, seasonality, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to identify target segments.
  • Collaborate with the Data Insights Team to understand audience trends.
  • Create compelling ad content aligned with brand tone.
  • Use conversion data to optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare performance analysis for client reviews.

Optimization & Development:

  • Perform routine optimizations such as SQRs, audience targeting, and budget checks.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Align daily operations with strategic and commercial goals.

Client Interaction:

  • Participate in client calls and meetings, providing updates and analysis.
  • Respond to client requests related to campaigns.

Training & Mentoring:

  • Support and train Paid Media Executives.
  • Deliver departmental training on Paid Media topics.
