Associate Teacher (Self-Employed/ QTS/ SEND) Commutable from: Weston Super Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea £20 – £27 Per hour of teaching (rate includes preparation and review time) depending on experience Are you a QTS Teacher looking for a grassroots position in a freshly launched Alternative Learning Provision (ALP), where you will be instrumental in shaping the education of young people with barriers to learning including SEND and mental health challenges? This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, experienced, close-knit team, working to build a specialist ALP, which will allow you to progress into a full-time position if so desired. You will also have the chance to shape learning to align with your creative passions and drive, delivering a more fulfilling and meaningful experience. Additionally, you will have autonomy to develop your role within the provision as it grows, possibly leading to Head of Department or similar.
