Reed Business Support are working with a highly respected multi-disciplinary property firm that are on the hunt for a Property Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. Role- Assistant Property Manager Salary- 28,000-30,000 Location- Edinburgh Working pattern- hybrid (full time hours) Sitting within the firms Commercial Property Management team, the successful candidate will- Undertake regular property inspections to ensure excellent presentation and operation of building facilities Manage repairs and maintenance via contractors and service providers. This includes managing the Helpdesk mailbox, requesting quotes, instructing works, arranging access, and confirming completion of works to the team Provide consistent and regular communication with occupiers to aid high levels of customer satisfaction Arrange health and safety audits, administering the H&S compliance portal, and instructing remedial works/ taking action as required, Maintain accurate maintenance and H&S records Collect and submit monthly utility meter readings to ensure billing accuracy Assist the Property Managers with the preparation of service charge budgets Assist the Property Managers with the management of void premises to meet insurance requirements.
