We have an exciting opportunity available for a Full-Time Hotel Sales Coordinator who will not only support the Director of Sales but also work closely with our Front Desk Team. This position is perfect for an ambitious candidate who wants to advance their career in sales. You\’ll receive exceptional mentorship directly from the Director of Sales, ensuring your growth and development in the sales and hotel industry.
As a friendly Hotel Sales Coordinator , you\’ll play a key role in all aspects of finding and managing sales opportunities across various market segments for our hotel.
Pay: $20-$22 Per Hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Weekdays & every other Saturday
Shift: 8:30am – 4:30PM

Responsibilities:
- Take charge of selling and coordinating meetings, seminars, and events for all market segments
- Prepare contracts and proposals, and handle payment transactions
- Keep all correspondence organized and easily accessible through meticulous typing and filing
- Respond to phone inquiries about hotel availability and provide group rates
- Support the Front Desk and assist with making reservations
- Provide weekly reports to other departments regarding upcoming scheduled events
- Effectively communicate event needs to all hotel departments
- Manage the Wedding Segment and Meeting Room Rentals

- Minimum 1-2 years hotel front desk experience or sales experience *preferred but not required*
