The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
You will be required to work with colleagues across the business, including:
- Promptly sending candidate assessment documents and details to the Assessments team in the USA;
- Scheduling interviews and calls with Managing Directors through their PAs;
- Ordering supplies from and managing meeting rooms with Facilities;
- Consulting with Marketing when collateral is required or new advertising opportunities are being explored;
- Assisting Human Resources and Talent Management with the onboarding process.
Day-to-day responsibilities / accountability
- Ensuring all scheduling activity is up to date, with appropriate room bookings and calendar management to avoid conflicts;
- Uploading and amending job descriptions on the company website and job boards, managing multiple email inboxes for applications;
- Greeting candidates and administering assessments, representing the first point of contact and embodying the organisation’s core values;
- Performing document scanning, saving, printing, binding, and filing in compliance with GDPR;
- Collating and submitting critical paperwork to relevant teams;
- Assisting with report production, data collection, and analysis;
- Coordinating with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
What you’ll need
- Previous administrative experience in recruitment or professional services;
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systems, or job board aggregators is advantageous;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, diary management, and conference calls;
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Office for reporting and database management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and refining presentations;
- Experience in managing recruitment-related events is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations professionally;
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude and willingness to get involved;
- Ability to prioritise and execute diverse tasks efficiently, often under urgency;
- Skill in managing multiple stakeholders and work streams with high accuracy;
- Outstanding attention to detail and pride in documentation and working practices;
- Integrity and respect for confidentiality;
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently;
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
