Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

To qualify, candidates should meet criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and possess strong residential building pathology knowledge. The criteria include:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
- A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
- Over four years of relevant experience.
