Domestic Abuse Outreach Support Worker, Birmingham

Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid has supported women and children affected by domestic violence and abuse for over 40 years. Join our team to help us continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse.

As the region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers services including a helpline, webchat, drop-in centers, community support, and emergency accommodation across six refuges.

Our projects support women in the criminal justice system, healthcare settings, and the community, providing assistance to women and children experiencing domestic violence. We also offer training and consultancy to businesses, healthcare, and social care professionals to raise awareness of gender-based violence.

We are looking for like-minded women to join our passionate team dedicated to supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse and addressing wider issues of violence against women and girls.

This role involves delivering tailored support to women experiencing domestic violence in the community, aiming to enhance their wellbeing and safety.
