Client Relationship Management (âCRMâ)
The Role & Key Responsibilities
You will develop a deep understanding of each clientâs strategy, goals and future demands, being responsible for maintaining existing client book and ensuring that the revenues of the client portfolio grow, both in volume and in profitability.
You will achieve this by building strong relationships with key decision makersto maximise our existing commercial relationship across the group.
Target Outcome of the Role and the CRM Team
Relationship Management
- Build excellent long-term relationships with clients
- Responding to clientsâ needs in a solution oriented manner;
- Foster awareness of client satisfaction with product offering and delivery.
- Collaborate across internal teams to address any required significant service improvements
Commercial Strategy
- Influence decision makers to ensure stability of existing revenue
- Identifying and deliver product solutions opportunities
- Assuring Apex is and remains clientâs preferred partner;
- Successful roll out of relevant campaigns to meet key group objectives?
Client Relationship Managers (âCRMâ)
- Responsible for a portfolio clients as local / regional CRM or as part of global client account team
- Represent Apex Group to the client for all products / segments
- Identify client needs and bring Apex client ready solutions
- Partner with product, operations and sales to deliver
- Primary point of relationship contact adding value to the client relationship
- Engaging with senior management within Apex Management to ensure account growth
- Act as executive for major issues which will likely impact the relationship
- Prepare and plan client engagement effectively
- Collating and feedback of clients challenge to engage product development
