We’re on a mission to help Thai families kick-start every morning with joy, nourishment and connection—and we need a fearless Social Media & Creator Engagement Manager to lead the charge. You’ll fuse regional strategy with local insight, building standout social moments and creator partnerships that turn cereal into smiles and leave parents feeling inspired.
About the Role
As our Thailand Social Media & Creator Engagement Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of social and creator-led campaigns—from localizing big-idea concepts to forging deep relationships with Thai influencers. You’ll be the cultural bridge between regional briefs and the unique tastes, humor and parenting moments that resonate with Thai moms, dads and little ones.
What You’ll Do
Lead Local Social Strategy
- Architect Thailand’s social calendar to align with regional brand vision and local festivities
- Translate regional campaigns into authentic Thai executions—capturing tone, wit and cultural flair
Drive Creator & Influencer Partnerships
- Scout, vet and onboard both paid and unpaid creators who embody our brand spirit
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets and cultivate long-term relationships for sustained impact
Craft & Localize Content
- Write punchy Thai copy for social posts, creator briefs and campaign assets
- Ensure every asset feels emotionally relevant, culturally nuanced and on-brand
Social Media Coverage & On-Ground Content Capture
- Plan and execute live coverage of events, activations and everyday family moments
- Capture high-quality photos, videos and behind-the-scenes content to fuel our channels in real time
Track, Analyze & Optimize
- Monitor performance with platform analytics and influencer tools—turn data into actionable tweaks
- Report monthly insights and recommendations that supercharge engagement and reach
Community & Activation
- Oversee timely, thoughtful community management across channels
- Partner with creators and internal teams on UGC challenges, live events and feel-good giveaways
- Stay tuned to Thai parenting pods, pop-culture moments and emerging social trends

- Parenting Brand Pro – 3–5 years in social media and creator/influencer engagement, with hands-on experience on brands targeting Thai moms and young kids
- Cultural Conduit – Deep understanding of Thai social culture, parenting communities and local humor

- Bilingual Wordsmith – Fluent in Thai and English with razor-sharp writing chops in both languages
