Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our 2025 Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme in Newcastle. This role offers comprehensive training, exposure to various property types, and mentoring. Locations for 2025 include: Dorset/Weymouth, Newcastle, Northumberland, Chelmsford, Southend, Taunton/Bridgewater, Reading, West London/Uxbridge/Ealing, North London/Enfield, Chelsea/Mayfair, Guildford, Slough, Carmarthen, Coventry, Newport, Preston, Blackpool, West Cumbria, South West London, Londonderry/Derry/Ballymena/Cookstown/Belfast, Central Bristol, Swindon, Shrewsbury, South Devon, Darlington, Torquay, Plymouth, Inverness, Edinburgh, Wigan, Reigate, Worthing, Doncaster, Sheffield, Chester, Cambridge.
Applicants should meet criteria for the 1-year route to RICS accreditation and have strong Residential Building Pathology knowledge. Criteria include RICS or CIOB accredited degree with industry experience, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience, or 4+ years of experience. We welcome applications from those with SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
Ideal candidates will have passion for property, strong pathology knowledge, excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and problem-solving skills.
