Job Description:
A large automotive manufacturer has a need for a Data Insight and Project Assistant Apprentice.
The successful apprentice will monitor, analyze, and report on Customer Satisfaction KPIs and trends to inform customer action plans.
Duties
- Deliver weekly and monthly insight reports, highlighting key trends and changes.
- Provide monthly updates on verbatim analysis of pain points by brand for sales and service.
- Deep dive into root causes of customer pain points.
- Work with ISIT to simplify and automate reporting.
- Provide weekly follow-up on new model ratings (Drive to Five), highlighting underperforming dealers for follow-up.
- Contribute to the preparation of corporate presentations (e.g., Board report, Customer Connection, Group reviews, Customer Committee).
- Assist with dealer queries via CNQR and respond within SLA timeframes.
About you
To be a Data Insight and Project Assistant Apprentice, you must be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* – C, 4-9) including Maths and English.
This 18-month apprenticeship offers a salary of £18,000 per year.
Your training will include gaining internationally recognized Level 3 qualifications in data.
