Summary
Designs technical solutions on ServiceNow platform as architect with Service Management team at Logicalis. Works directly with customer to validate processes, gather requirements, and design solutions; engages with development team to see solutions come to reality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs implementations of ServiceNow solutions for customers, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
Satisfies customer’s technology services and solution requirements using Now Create methodology.
Works directly with customer to gather requirements, design solutions, and build proof of concepts and implementation solutions.
Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis’ customers.
Works with PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.
Works with Logicalis’ customers to perform assessments and health checks, along with new implementations and enhancements to existing ServiceNow instances.
Leads development effort in 3 ServiceNow areas: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, etc.
Leads scrum activities which entails sprint planning and story creation for development team.
Provides live demonstrations of solutions being developed.
Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization\’s values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements
4 years’ experience implementing and developing in ServiceNow.
Expert knowledge in the following ServiceNow concepts:
Configuring ServiceNow connections with LDAP, SSO, SAML
Integrations using Integration Hub, REST web services, data imports
Service Portal
Programming with understanding of programming principles and logic
Proficient in IT Asset Management area.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications
Certifications
One or more of the following:
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation
Certified System Administrator
Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management
Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
