The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As part of our Radio Planning team, you\’ll play a critical role in supporting the NTQ (Notice to Quit) programme by: Selecting suitable sites for radio equipment deployment; Defining and configuring radio equipment based on Shareholder requirements; Enabling seamless rollout of infrastructure that maximises performance, cost-efficiency, and technical excellence. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week based in our Central Reading office.
What you’ll do
· Collaborate and mediate across Shareholder Radio Strategy teams to resolve planning conflicts.
· Guide third-party partners to deliver high-performing mobile infrastructure.
· Drive radio network optimisation in line with Shareholder expectations.
· Influence MBNL design processes with practical insights and continuous improvement.
· Partner with Property, Deployment and Operational teams to resolve acquisition and performance issues.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
· Proven experience in cellular radio planning (UK market preferred).
· Exceptional analytical abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
· Familiarity with MBNL network tools and databases.
· Considerable experience in a network operator or managed service provider environment.
· Adaptability to changing design problems and constraints.
