The Piper Sandler consumer investment banking team is one of the largest groups dedicated to the consumer sector across North America and Europe, with over 60 professionals. The team is a leading M&A advisor within the sector, having completed more than 170 consumer M&A transactions since 2016 and a significant transaction value in the past two years.
We are currently looking for an analyst to join our growing Consumer team in London.

Our analysts work closely with senior bankers on all facets of investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and strategic advisory work.
Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting transaction execution, building financial models, conducting industry research, and interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
- Degree educated (2:1 or above)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
Requirements:

- Interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
