About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a friendly and supportive Private Client team based in Newhaven. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced colleagues providing vital services focused on elderly clients. While previous experience managing elderly client affairs is preferred, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Probate documents
- Managing elderly client affairs including healthcare and financial matters
- Preparing client correspondence and managing case files from start to finish
- Attending routine client meetings and managing enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Supporting and supervising support staff
- Contributing to the development of the Private Client practice

The ideal candidate will:
