Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage customer delivery projects from start to finish, including initial consultations and business case development.
- Support business growth through intelligence and strategic planning.
- Plan projects with a focus on priorities, costs, timelines, and stakeholder involvement.
- Secure necessary resources and manage scheduling within a matrix organization.
- Develop effective communication and governance plans for stakeholders.
- Ensure realistic project goals, structures, and accountability.
- Maintain financial reporting standards and budget adherence.
- Manage project changes, contingencies, risks, and issues to hit milestones.
- Create and update project documentation and communicate progress effectively.
- Oversee project closure, ensuring benefits are reviewed and validated.
Functional Activities
- Improve project management processes continuously.
- Implement best practices and advocate for organizational change.
- Identify and suggest business change opportunities to senior management.
- Research industry trends and propose improvements.

Who Are We Looking For

- Ability to analyze and present business case requirements and project goals at a senior level.
