We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations candidate to support our commercial team, with a focus on contract renewals and administrative support across the sales cycle. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start a career in sales operations or contract management within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
The role will be heavily involved in coordinating renewals of customer contracts, maintaining data accuracy in our systems, and supporting the Commercial Management team in closing out and internal reporting. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, a comfort with Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
What you\’ll do
- Coordinate the contract renewal process by working with external contractors to create opportunities in Salesforce, route them through approval workflows, and generate documentation—primarily by replicating existing contract terms with updated pricing.
- Collaborate with the Account and Commercial teams to manage renegotiations, respond to customer queries, and ensure timely execution of renewal contracts before contract expiry.
- Review and analyse contracts, especially bespoke or legacy contracts, to identify and manage non-standard clauses which require replacing on renewal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract data in Salesforce; work with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and align customer deployment records.
- Partner with Finance and Sales Support to ensure billing aligns with the status of targeted contracts, as each progressed through renewal lifecycle.
- Maintain renewal workbook to ensure up to date contract and status accuracy, which flows into regional and global reporting to senior management. Generate ad hoc reports as required. Liaise with local country management teams to provide process updates and respond to queries.
- Support EMEA sales teams with updating and review of Salesforce opportunities, ensuring compliance with company commercial policy. Assist sales teams with ad hoc commercial queries and requests.
What you\’ll need
- Recent graduate with an interest in contract management, commercial operations, or sales support.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Applications, especially Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred:
- Qualification in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience or exposure to CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Familiarity with contract or customer lifecycle management systems is a plus.
