Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an ambitious Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of experience to take a leading role in building and shaping a new department.

As part of a strategic acquisition and expansion, this well-regarded firm is launching a Family Law offering — and they’re looking for the right person to head it up. You’ll report directly to two experienced directors, and will have the freedom to grow the department in the direction that best suits your strengths and interests, with their full support.

This is a rare chance to take ownership of your practice area, establish your own reputation as a leader in the field, and be part of something from the ground up.

What’s on offer:

  • A lead role with autonomy and support
  • The opportunity to shape the Family Law offering around your expertise
  • A collaborative, respectful work culture
  • Open salary discussions based on your expectations
  • Realistic, honest conversations around flexibility – while the firm doesn’t offer hybrid as standard, they are open-minded

If you’re ready to take the next big step in your career, let’s arrange a time to talk.
