Resource Coordinator – Southampton Reablement Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to join our Southampton Reablement Service on a permanent basis as a full time Resource Coordinator.

As a Resource Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, responsive care by ensuring effective resourcing service of reablement services. You’ll be part of a team that works collaboratively across directorates and with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for adults with care and support needs.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
- Have excellent level of IT literacy and be able to use a range of digital media platforms and application including MS Office.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong customer focus with active listening skills.
- Be able to work on own initiative and demonstrate creativity and innovation in problem solving.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others and as a team.
- Can work effectively and accurately under pressure.
- Be able to think about alternative ways of doing things and be open to new work practices and responsive to change.
