This role reports into the Commercial Controller and is pivotal to the success and growth of RUBICON and Boost. In this role you will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Innovation teams to analyse performance and generate actionable insights to ensure our brands outperform in the market.

We are looking for a talented Commercial Manager experienced in delivering groundbreaking growth in FMCG by delivering the best for consumers, customers and the business. You’ll be the heartbeat of the brands in the business, driving pace, working cross functionally and leading with a strategic mindset.
As our Commercial Manager for Rubicon and Energy you\’ll be
- Building and executing commercial plans across RUBICON and Boost, ensuring core and NPD plans align with business ambition through the P&L. This will involve management of category risks and opportunities.
- Analysing the performance of RUBICON and Boost across all financial and market share measures, generating actionable insight to convert into selling stories.
- Collaborating internally with Marketing, Sales and Finance teams to deliver projects that delight our consumers and customers.
- Providing recommendations in response to changing market conditions, legislation or customer dynamics
What you’ll bring…
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experienced in FMCG, ideally within Commercial Strategy.
- Proficient in using shopper insight, scan data and analytics tools to shape commercial recommendations
- A confident communicator, comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Outcome-focused, able to translate complex insight into actionable recommendations
- Familiar with P&L levers and how they impact profitability across the value chai
