Responsibilities
- Follow the Six-Stage Advice Process to build long-term relationships and deliver excellent Client outcomes.
- Review and respond to Clients\’ changing needs and financial circumstances, keeping Introducers and Clients updated with new financial products or legislative changes affecting their pensions, savings, investments, and financial plans.
- Acquire and develop new business from new/existing Clients and professional introducers through personal business planning, referrals, and company lead generation programs.
- Utilize all marketing opportunities, including Social Media and networking with Introducers and other professionals, to develop new business.
- Develop and maintain good Client & introducer relationships through meetings, seminars, and continuous feedback to the team and Contact Centre.
- Contact corporate and individual Clients to set up meetings, either in-office, at Clients\’ homes or businesses, or virtually via Microsoft Teams.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of Clients\’ financial circumstances, current provisions, and future goals, analyzing information, conducting research, and preparing tailored financial planning reports.
- Deliver accurate Management Information as required.
What we are looking for in our ideal Independent Financial Adviser:
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent) and maintain CF30 status per FCA regulations.
- A client-centric approach with a well-presented, articulate manner, and dedication to doing the right thing for clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, professionalism, and IT skills to adapt to virtual/digital communication methods.
- Experience in networking and attracting new Clients through business development, building relationships with Affinity Groups, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and other clients.
