WE are looking for a Supplier Strategy Execution Consultant / Strategic Supplier Analyst – Energy Assets (m/f/d)
Project description: The new “Energy Asset Supplier Strategy” department aims to maximize the value of the Energy Assets through our strategic suppliers by way of contract negotiations, supplier performance management, and relationship management.
The project is planned to last until mid-2026 or late 2026. The department plans to establish new structures, processes, and products to meet customer requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current strategic supplier landscape in Energy Assets based on project requirements and professional experience.
- Assess top strategic suppliers, review contractual and additional documentation, and identify necessary amendments.
- Create a segmentation matrix proposal for top strategic suppliers.
- Document assessment results and prepare proposals for the Energy Asset Supplier Strategy department for approval.
- Prepare for contract negotiations by gathering technical demands and developing negotiation strategies.
- Document negotiation proposals and hand them over to project leads.
- Organize and lead strategic online meetings with top suppliers and senior leadership, including gathering performance data and preparing agendas.
- Design, review, and maintain contract documents, ensuring compliance with client timelines and milestones.
- Analyze contract status concerning milestones, recommend measures for deviations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Create surveys to assess service satisfaction, coordinate communication, and analyze results, documenting findings in the Sourcing Portal.
Represent the client professionally when interacting with external parties. The client will provide all necessary information and system access in advance.
