We are looking for a Accounts Payable Manager based in our London Head Office.
About the Job
Responsible for the overall management of the Accounts Payable function, including leading a team of three and overseeing daily operations, performance management, and KPI delivery. This role ensures accurate processing and timely payment of supplier invoices and employee expenses. Duties include maintaining supplier records, authorising payment runs, overseeing AP cashflow forecasts, and supporting system administration and training for Workday and M3. The role also includes statutory reporting, audit compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives post-system implementation.

- 10yrs+ proven experience within AP ledger in a similar industry.
3+ years working in an AP manager position.
Working knowledge of VAT rules.
- Competent management information systems user (Workday & M3).
Ability to be hands-on when needed but also focus on strategy and process improvements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
