Our Commodity Operations team, is a highly skilled global team providing operational support and control to our growing Commodities trading division. The team works closely with trading and sales teams, supporting the post trade operations for a variety of financial commodity transactions, including agricultural, gas, power, emissions and uranium, base and precious metals, and commodity investor products.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised location.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational processes. Your responsibilities will include validating trade bookings, drafting trade confirmations, monitoring electronic matching portals, facilitating cash and physical asset settlements, and reconciling cash balances.
You will deliver exceptional client service by acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external clients. Collaborating with local and global colleagues, you will learn to identify and implement process improvements to optimise workflows, enhance controls, and improve service quality. Your ability to solve problems, maintain attention to detail, and perform well under pressure will be critical to your success in this fast-paced environment.
What you offer
