About the role:
This is a great opportunity for a commercially aware and collaborative Senior Finance Business Partner to join Civica’s Finance team, supporting our product portfolio with financial insight and strategic guidance. In this role, you will work closely with Product Directors and senior stakeholders to support investment decisions, optimise resource allocation, and drive performance across the business.
If you enjoy translating financial data into meaningful business insights, are confident managing budgets and forecasts, and want to help shape strategic decisions, this role offers a chance to make a real impact across our organisation. As a key partner to the Product team, you will:
- Work with senior stakeholders to support decision-making on product investment and resource allocation
- Deliver analysis on product performance, spend efficiency, and profitability
- Conduct investment appraisals, ensuring business cases are clearly presented and financially sound
- Provide budgeting and forecasting, managing assumptions and cost tracking
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage cost within budgets and support transformation initiatives
- Present financial insights clearly and contribute to shaping financial strategy across the portfolio
