Are you an experienced Production Operative ready to step into a leadership role? Join a respected food manufacturing business as a Line Leader. Youll take charge of a specific production line or area, leading teams across multiple levels to ensure consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards.

What Youll Do:

Take ownership of a production line or area, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Lead, support and coach team members and managing performance.

Adjust equipment settings and manage availability to maintain continuous production flow.

Conduct quality checks, sampling, and data entry to ensure compliance with internal standards and audit requirements.

Enforce and model adherence to health and safety, food safety, and quality procedures.

Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate across departments and act as the first line of resolution for production challenges.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.

Level 2 and 3 Food Hygiene certification.

Manual handling awareness and forklift certification (where relevant).

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and production systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

People management or supervisory training.

Familiarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
