Job Title: Learning Assistant Level 2 – 2 Vacancies

Salary Grade: SCP 3 FTE £24,027

Actual Salary: The actual annual salary is currently £18,072

Working Pattern:

32.5 Hours per week, 5 days, Term Time plus 5 days, 8.30am to 3.30pm

Contract:

Fixed term until 31st August 2026

Start Date:

1st September 2025

Personal Attributes

We wish to appoint a Learning Assistant (Level 2) to join a team of caring, committed professionals. Hours of work are 32.5 per week worked over 5 days, term time plus 5 days, in accordance with service requirements.

You will:

  1. Join a committed team of professionals who want the best for all our pupils.
  2. Be expected to possess a strong knowledge of KS1 & KS2 good practice.
  3. Attach high expectations to empathy and care.
  4. Form strong and professional working relationships with parents, carers, colleagues, and other professionals.
  5. Exhibit a mix of hard work and initiative with a willingness and ability to follow school policies and procedures.

You must possess an L2 qualification or equivalent.
