The Role:
As Assessment and ALS Co-ordinator, you will support inclusive learning environments for learners with diverse needs, including dyslexia, autism, and mental health conditions. You will manage assessment cycles, ensure compliance, support learners with medical needs, and contribute to staff development in SEND support. Collaboration across departments and external agencies is essential.
About You:
You will have strong knowledge of inclusive teaching methods, experience in supporting learners with additional needs, and excellent communication skills. A Level 3 qualification in a related field, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and Level 2 English and Maths are required. A Level 7 assessment qualification is desirable.
