Job Description:

Our client is a reputable provider of fiduciary services is seeking to recruit an Associate Director to join its friendly Private Wealth team based in its Jersey office.

The post holder for this role will be responsible for a set of Private client relationships, which includes client relationship management, revenue generation plus day-to-day service matters. The main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the team to deliver high level client services. Key responsibilities include acting as an Alternate Director and Authorised Signatory as required. You will also be responsible for the team personnel to deliver the service to clients. You will also be expected to take ownership and responsibility for profitability & financial performance of the service and assist with SLAs & KPI’s to ensure close monitoring of performance.

The successful candidate will be expected to have at least 10 years relevant experience in a fiduciary administration or financial services environment, along with holding a professional level qualification such as ACCA or ICSA. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, with a drive to creating and instilling a high-performance culture. A willingness and ability to travel to meet with clients, advisors and prospective clients as and when required to do so.
