This client based out of Birmingham is looking for a talented BA to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their IT and business operations.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you\’ll evaluate and improve business processes, deliver impactful IT solutions, and drive operational efficiency across enterprise-critical systems. This role is ideal for a BA with 4 years’ experience, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft technologies, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
- Propose and support the implementation of IT solutions aligned with business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage IT projects from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Leverage data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making and performance insights.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Key Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally 4 years within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools, methodologies, and project management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise system migrations.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are preferred, along with a strong understanding of business process modeling and project lifecycle management.
