We have earned a reputation for completing the most challenging industrial service contracts and we continue to grow providing long term stability for our growing team.
As we continue to grow we are looking for more experienced Painting & Blasting Supervisors to lead our site-based teams delivering surface preparation and protective coating work in high-risk industrial environments.

So as a Painting & Blasting Supervisor at Neway, what will you do?
- You’ll supervise your industrial painting and blasting teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient project delivery
- Managing daily work plans, job packs, and resource allocation you’ll ensure that your teams are operating in line with project requirements
- You’ll hold toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and do risk assessments
- Monitoring surface preparation, coating application, and equipment operation you’ll make sure that your teams are meeting client specifications
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site, you’ll be confident that your team go home safely after every project
- Liaise with project managers, QA/QC, and client representatives you will maintain clear communication and resolve issues
- You’ll complete required documentation, progress reports, and inspection records
And what are we looking for?
- Supervisory experience in industrial painting and blasting environments
- Valid ICATS or TTP certification (Silver, Gold, or Supervisor level)
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Confined Space – High Risk Entry Certification (with full breathing apparatus use)
- CCNSG Safety Passport or valid CSCS Card
- Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating specifications
- Proven ability to lead teams safely in high-risk environments such as confined spaces and at height
- Flexibility to travel and work on different client sites across the UK
It will be great if you also have:
- First Aid at Work
- Working at Height certification
- QA/QC awareness or coatings inspection knowledge (e.g. ICorr/NACE Level 1)
- Experience on COMAH sites
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection criteria
