Job Summary
The Project Analyst will provide comprehensive administrative and system support to learners, facilitators, and third-party partners, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery, coordination, and tracking of training programs and curricula.
Main Activities:
- Class Scheduling and Resource Booking
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Learning Materials and Logistics
- Learner Communication and Support
- Roster Management and Completion Tracking
- Instructor and Learner Support During Classes
- Certification Management
- Invoice Validation and Processing Support
- Support Activities in the Development Action Plan
- Qualtrics Survey Administration
- Streamline the integration of information from multiple platforms
- Manage certifications
- Training Pathway Completion: Calculate and report the percentage of training pathway completion for each participant.
- Generate reports across different systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in related field
- Previous experience in Learning / Training area
- Good skills in Excel and other MS Office tools
- Availability for hybrid work
