What You\’ll Be Doing
- Tenancy Sustainability: Responsible for the housing and estate management of a small portfolio of properties.
- Championing Community Wellbeing: Investigate and tackle anti-social behaviour, hate crime, and tenancy fraud.
- Problem-Solving on the Front Lines: Investigate issues, prepare legal cases, and work alongside legal representatives at court hearings.
- Collaborating for Change: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver results.
- Adapting with Purpose: Stay flexible and responsive to the needs of tenants and communities.
About You
We\’re looking for someone who:
- Is a natural communicator who listens, empathises, and acts.
- Has experience in ASB casework and tenancy management, with a solid grasp of housing or community settings.
- Is confident in legal processes and court representation.
- Is a team player who works well under pressure and independently.
A valid driving licence, an enhanced DBS check, and an insured vehicle are required.
