We are looking for a Head Bartender
Who is passionate about drinks and hospitality. As a Head Bartender, you will need to be responsible, professional, dedicated, and passionate about your role. Leading by example, you must maintain a high standard of service, assist the Bar Manager, and support the Bar Team from the front, fostering a healthy work environment while coaching and developing the team.

Main Responsibilities
As the Head Bartender, you will oversee bar operations, ensure a positive work environment, and manage staff. This includes supervising and training the bar team to maintain high standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. You will assist in marketing and promotional activities, coordinate with kitchen and floor staff for efficient service, manage weekly rotas, monitor cleanliness, report performance issues, complete checklists, manage inventory, and place orders within budget. Additionally, you will conduct audits, create training materials, maintain records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
