Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at the refurb of a school in Chester with M+E upgrades, doors and windows throughout school. 20 week long project with opportunity to go perm for the right person.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Monitor site safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on site performance and present findings to senior management.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a relevant industry.
  • Having worked on school refurbishments over 1 mil are a must
  • SMSTS and First Aid
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team towards achieving common goals.
