We\’re looking for a Duty Manager to join our leisure centre team based at Westfield School.
Location: Westfield School, Sheffield
What will you be responsible for?
As a Duty Manager, you\’ll work alongside the leisure facilities manager, supporting them in providing an efficient and effective sport and leisure service to all users.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, codes of practice, and government legislation regarding hygiene, health and safety, first aid, and staff and customer interactions.
- Organising duty shift rosters and staffing levels to meet service requirements.
- Checking the quality of equipment to ensure it meets health & safety standards and customer expectations.
- Opening and closing the facility according to your designated shift pattern.

- You have RLSS accredited Lifeguard training.
- You have pool plant training.
- You have experience working in a similar role and can work well as part of a team.
