This is a high-profile role, providing vital support to a dynamic and exceptionally busy Director. You will take the lead on managing complex global travel schedules, coordinating intricate diary arrangements, handling high-level client interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up on key action points. This fast-paced and diverse role calls for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Executive Assistant to Senior Director Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive diary management
  • Managing a busy inbox, acting as a gatekeeper and responding where necessary
