RTA team leader (Pre-litigated) – This is a team leading role for an experienced RTA fee earner. The successful candidate will work directly with the Operations Director of defendant motor as well as the technical manager in more of a strategic role. Whilst you will have your own caseload, your main responsibility will be to lead and supervise others whilst driving culture and efficiencies throughout the department.

The main aim of this role is to help improve efficiencies and productivity of the overall pre-litigated RTA team. The key aspects of this role are therefore to:

One of the key attractions of this role is the ability to be involved in everything from recruitment and talent retention to driving culture and strategy. As such, this role is excellent for anyone looking for a step up from fee earning.
The main function of the position is to have an overarching appreciation of the team both in terms of its performance and its needs including identifying training requirements and ways to improve performance and productivity. You will also assist and support in client management of some major client accounts.
