1to1 Group are looking for a Technical Customer Support Advisor to join our client\’s team, providing technical support to customers on their cutting-edge equipment. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert guidance and first-class service.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
This is a full-time position.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers regarding machinery installation, operation, and maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot problems, escalating to technical engineering teams when needed.
- Manage and log customer interactions (calls, emails, etc.) via our CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment serial numbers and warranty information.
- Track underperforming customer sites, offering solutions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure efficient field repairs and first-time fixes.
- Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with the Customer Services Manager.
- Support the operations team in dispatching service providers to jobs.
- Offer warranty information and after-sales support.
- Flexibly undertake additional administrative duties to maintain smooth operations.
