Position: Global Corporate Account Manager (f/m/d) – Institutional Europe

Your Responsibilities

  • Promote and embody Ecolab’s culture and values internally and externally, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Sell Ecolab’s value propositions, focusing on innovative programs, technology, information, and customer service.
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets; support strategic account growth initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations, including contracts, KPIs, pricing, and product management; coordinate product trials.
  • Develop and leverage strong customer relationships, especially with international/global clients, and build internal networks across teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, and report on sales activities and progress regularly.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and communicate relevant market insights to management.
  • Share sales best practices across teams.
  • Manage travel expenses within budget.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, emphasizing themes of safety, water management, sustainability, and innovation.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
  • University degree in business or related field.
  • Proven success in sales management, account retention, and development across multiple channels.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
  • Leadership qualities, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, independent work ethic, and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer needs analysis.
  • Organizational skills with high attention to detail.
