Air Conditioning Engineer –Hammersmith – £44,000
Location: Hammersmith
Salary: £44,000 Plus Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer tobe looking after a Contract located in Hammersmith.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying between £40,000 – £44,000.

Duties:

  • Maintaining/repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration
  • Lead a team of Engineers
  • Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps
  • HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
  • AHU Plant and associated Equipment
  • Split System Maintenance
  • VRV Servicing

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
  • Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
  • Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, Air handling units
  • F Gas2079/2089qualified
  • Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
  • Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
