Your Role and What You\’ll Be Doing
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Medical Negligence team in Birmingham.

Our experienced solicitors understand what clients are going through, helping them get the answers and compensation they deserve. Our team handles clinical negligence claims arising from various medical treatments, including obstetrics, surgery, private and general practice, and psychiatric care.
Your Role
You will provide quality legal advice to clients, supervise and train junior staff, and manage your caseload from the start. Your goal will be to obtain interim payments to facilitate rehabilitation, care, and accommodation arrangements before the conclusion of the case. You will work alongside Partners and Senior Associates with extensive experience in complex clinical negligence cases involving:
- Injuries at birth
- Stroke and brain damage
- Spinal injuries
- Fatalities
- Delayed cancer diagnosis
About You
- Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in Medical Negligence
- Proven ability to handle litigated cases independently
- Enthusiasm for medical negligence law and commitment to client outcomes
- Empathy and integrity in client interactions
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
- Innovative mindset – always seeking improvements
