The role:
The Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for managing key online marketing channels with a focus on but not limited to SEO and PPC. With the support of Direct Marketing Manager, the Digital Analytics and Optimisation Manager, the PMM will be responsible for but not limited to managing the relationships with the PPC and SEO agencies to drive traffic from these key performance marketing channels.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute the digital performance marketing strategy, focusing on PPC and SEO, working closely with trade, technical and marketing teams to deliver commercial and brand goals.
- Manage global PPC accounts in collaboration with external agencies, including writing and approving ads, managing keywords and providing content.
- Coordinate growth of the PPC channel through additional campaigns, sitelink messaging and PLAs.
- Collaborate with the SEO agency to continually optimise the website, improve outreach and engagement, and drive brand awareness and advocacy.
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop content strategies aimed at increasing traffic, revenue and brand visibility.
- Partner with Product Owners to implement technical site improvements and ensure product feeds are optimised for all digital channels.
- Research marketing trends, new technologies and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to brainstorm innovative growth strategies, stay updated on best practices and ensure legal compliance.
What You Will Need
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing role with a strong focus on PPC and SEO
- Experience in the luxury retail sector preferred.
