The basics
- This role pays £90-140k per year + equity.
- Kameron, our Senior Growth Engineer, is the hiring manager.
- Work from our office in Chancery Lane, London, Monday to Thursday. Fridays are work-from-home days.
What are we building?
We are developing an AI Productivity tool aimed at eliminating admin burdens for client-facing roles such as real estate agents, consultants, and recruiters. It integrates with Outlook, Gmail, and Zoom to organize inboxes, draft replies, and take meeting notes.
How’s it going?
Since launching in May 2024, we\’ve grown to $14 million in revenue with thousands of users. We secured a $10 million Series A in February 2025, backed by top investors including Marc Benioff and 20VC. We participated in the HF0 AI startup accelerator in San Francisco and are now in a stage of hypergrowth.

What will I do?
- Own and execute experiments to improve product-led growth.
