We are looking for someone to join our LNG team within SEFE Marketing & Trading, the team is responsible for operating a global fleet of chartered LNG tankers.
What you will do?
- Post-fixture (agency, port, bunker procurement, heel management, insurance, settlements, demurrage, ship-shore compatibility coordination)
- Performance monitoring and reporting; performance claims management
- Chartered fleet co-ordination
- Communication with vessels, vessel owners/operators, shipping teams of SEFE trading counterparties and terminals and other shipping stakeholders
- Close cooperation and support of SEFE group’s teams: including LNG Cargo Operation, LNG Trading, Technical and Marine Assurance, Settlements desks
- Support of Integrated Maritime Operations System (IMOS) and interaction with Back Office teams globally
- Other responsibilities as directed by management
The role holder may also be required to carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of this role as requested by their line manager and in line with business needs.
What you’ll bring to the role?
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding of shipping technology and commercial issues (with a strong preference for LNG experience), Knowledge and experience in IMOS (or similar), SAP and MS Office and be Pro-active and able to work as part of a global team to ensure a seamless service is provided for our trading activities globally
