Head Chef
Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Managing the day-to-day tasks of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Responsible for all food hygiene and health and safety requirements, organising the cleaning and maintaining of equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Work closely with the hotel General Manager and wider management team
- Mentor, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and skilled team
