Job Description Resource Planner – Littlecombe Depot – DursleyReference: REQ0180Description: In April 2020, Stroud District Council internalised its Repair Service, Property Care is looking for someone to work within a fast moving and friendly office.You will be responsible for taking phone calls from customers, diagnosing and scheduling repairs to the Council’s homes and liaising with operatives, contractors and tenants and other administrative tasks.You will need to be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people and will need to remain calm when dealing with a stressful situation or challenging customers. You will have had administrative and scheduling experience and be used to working with computers, particularly in relation to data inputting. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to cope under pressure.
